Established in October 1969, Loyola Memorial Chapels & Crematorium, Inc. or LMCCI, continues its tradition of service, care and goodwill to the Filipino people.
The structure of LMCCI along historic EDSA stands as a landmark with its unique architectural design that represents a triangle symbolizing its 3-fold objectives:
It was then described as the most modern and complete complex of 16 memorial chapels and mortuary services set up in Asia.
Guided by the vision of its founder, the Board of Directors and the present management team had taken steps to introduce innovations to further improve the services of LMCCI. Several branches have been opened to make available the Loyola brand of service to as many people as it can reach:
In 1995, it ventured into a multi-million peso investment for the purchase of the latest cremation equipment. This paved the way for a new service: the Cremation Package. This serves as an alternative option to lessen the cost of memorial services.
In 1999, LMCCI adopted the latest techniques in body preservation using imported chemicals.
The Preparation Room in each of the branches, prides itself in being the cleanest and the most well equipped in the country today manned by highly trained and licensed morticians.
Its rallying cry, "Loyola Cares" is exemplified by its front liners in their care, diligence, attention to details and the extra mile they would go to for the clients.
From its humble beginnings, LMCCI has gained the recognition among the Filipino people and now raised its level of competence in line with international standards.
The accomplishments and achievements of LMCCI through the years have paved the way for its recognition not only here in the Philippines but also abroad, as attested by its affiliations and memberships in these prestigious international organizations.
